On November 25, 2024, GranEnergia published its new Gifts and Corporate Concessions Guideline, available in the Ethics and Compliance section of the company’s website. The document consolidates the rules applicable to the offering or acceptance of gifts, hospitality, donations, sponsorships, and any other corporate concessions by the company and its members.
The Guideline reinforces that any such concession must be previously approved by the Ethics and Conduct Committee, in accordance with principles of legality, transparency, and integrity.
