Lasting 18 months, the program offers a structured journey across different areas of the company, with integrated experience in onshore and offshore operations. Through a job rotation model, participants gain hands-on exposure to the complexity of GranEnergia's projects, contributing to strategic initiatives while developing technical and behavioral competencies.

Applications are open to professionals with up to two years since graduation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Engineering, with intermediate or advanced English.
