This year’s Compliance Day was marked by the celebration of the 5th anniversary of GranEnergia’s Compliance and Anti-Bribery Program, which was restructured based on the former Integrity Program that already had a solid track record of responsibility, care, and commitment to ethics. The company also highlighted important milestones of the program, such as ISO 37001 certification and the pursuit of renewed recognition under the Pró-Ética initiative.The program began with the opening lecture “We Are Integrity: the collective role in ethical culture,” delivered by Compliance Officer Nathalia Fuentes, which addressed the importance of shared responsibility and alignment between values, decisions, and daily behaviors.In the afternoon, the roundtable discussion “Integrity and sustainability: two paths toward the same future” brought together leaders from GranEnergia, Gran Services, and a representative from Petrobras. The dialogue presented different perspectives on practical challenges, lessons learned, and expectations related to integrity and sustainability, both internally and in relationships with clients and suppliers.The event concluded with the lecture “Integrity Agents and results of the Perception Survey,” which presented initiatives aimed at strengthening the ethical culture and the main insights obtained from listening to the Members.More than a one-time event, Compliance Day 2025 reinforced GranEnergia’s commitment to ethics, transparency, and responsibility, reaffirming that integrity is built daily through the choices and attitudes of every person who is part of the organization.
